BlogMad Experiment

I got my BlogMad invite last March 4, 2006 hoping it will increase my site's traffic. How does it work? By being a member, bloggers earn credits by surfing other member's blogs and are rewarded with credits. The credits are then used to purchase traffic back to their own blogs or can also be used to play different games on the site. Bloggers can use all the various features of blogmad to boost traffic to their blogs. I even gave "The Radioman" a referral so he could try it out.

BlogMad led me to an apparent experiment to increase traffic. Here are the results:

1. BlogMad did increase my traffic. As of today, I had a total of 720 views.

2. It does not guarantee you quality page views. Remember, not all visitors will read your posts as most visitors are just after the credits.

3. It will lead you though to some relevant and interesting sites. If ever you stop by and do read. Like this one and this site. (narcissism he he)
4. It could be time consuming. I got addicted with the traffic that I kept surfing instead of concentrating at writing entries. But again, not much quality views.
5. Its good for traffic conscious people. And for people with time to spare.

6. For quality views, it is still about relevant and fresh posts. Yes, content is king!

7. Its not bad trying out new things. Because we all learn from them in one way or the other.

If you need traffic and want to join BlogMad, click here , send an email at eoz_97@yahoo.com or post a comment. I could even give you back the credits I got through the referral system. Just let me know.
Because for me, this experiment is over.
